TGI Corporation Warranty

TGI Corporation offers a limited one-year warranty from the date of original purchase against defects in our workmanship and/or materials. This limited warranty covers normal use of the product and cost to repair or replace product or the equivalent. This limited warranty excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, road hazards, impairments from accidents, collisions, misuse, improper installation, freight, product modifications or use of harsh chemicals or implements for removal of bugs, tar or other foreign matter from product. It is the responsibility of purchaser to notify your Supplier within a thirty [30] day period of discovering any defect. Purchaser must return defective product to your Supplier. TGI Corporation is not responsible for any freight charges due to product being returned to TGI Corporation or returned to your Supplier. Product must be returned to TGI Corporation for repair or replacement within the limited warranty period. TGI Corporation reserves the right to make the decision after inspection of product as to the validity of the claim and whether or not to repair or replace product or the equivalent. Digital pictures must be provided to TGI Corporation of the product in question before a decision will be made. Product will be examined by TGI Corporation to ascertain that said defect has not been caused by improper installation, unauthorized repair, modifications, alterations, negligence, collision, accident, misuse, improper maintenance or normal wear and tear. If it is deemed by TGI Corporation that product shows signs of improper installation, neglect, improper use or care, mishandling, product modifications, alterations or misuse this limited warranty shall be voided. If it is determined that the defect is under this limited warranty, TGI Corporations sole responsibility shall be for the repair or replacement of product or the equivalent. If product is repaired or replaced by TGI Corporation because of said defect, the original limited warranty period shall remain in affect and shall not be extended due to repair or replacement of product or the equivalent. This limited warranty does not cover the cost of removal of product, re-installation, labor or shipping.

Freight Claims

All freight damage claims must be filed with the shipping company. All freight damage claims must be filed by the purchaser at the time of delivery. Purchaser must notify place of purchase within 48 hours of refusing shipment due to damage and filing a damage claim. TGI Corporation assumes no responsibility for freight damage or filing freight damage claims.

Return Policy

All authorized returns must be in original, resalable condition and in original, undamaged packaging. Returns must not have been installed or altered in any way. All returns must be within thirty [30] days of invoice unless other agreements are in writing. All returns must be approved for return by TGI Corporation. All returns shipped to TGI Corporation via freight collect will be refused unless other agreement has been made in writing.

Drop Shipments

Drop shipments will be provided to Stocking Distributors only. All drop shipments are the direct responsibility of the company placing the order and that company is responsible for all returns, refused shipments, freight damage claims and shipping charges. If shipment is refused and returned to TGI Corporation, that shipment will be added to the following order that is placed by the company that requested the drop shipment that was returned. All freight charges, including refused drop shipment return freight, will be billed on the subsequent invoice of the party that requested the drop shipment. TGI Corporation does not issue RGAs for drop shipments.

Disclaimer

Purchaser assumes all responsibility for use of TGI Corporation products on the vehicle our products are installed on and to any subsequent damage caused to that vehicle, persons or other vehicles while our products are installed. Our products should not be relied upon as protection for vehicle or persons in the event of a collision or rollover. It is the consumer’s responsibility to check with the vehicle manufacturer or dealer before installing our product for warranty disposition. No liability is assumed by TGI Corporation as to the result of altered characteristics that may have been set by the manufacturer of any vehicle.

*Please Note: All 2” Receiver Tubes that are welded in our Front Bumper Replacements and Bullnose Bumpers ARE NOT designed for Winch applications, come-alongs, etc. of any kind. They are designed for general use purposes only, not for high stress applications that include any heavy pulling. TGI Corporation assumes no responsibility and warranty shall be voided if used in any manner for which it was not designed.

TGI Corporation reserves the right to make changes when deemed necessary in materials, specifications, design, finish, part numbers or applications without prior written notice. TGI Corporation reserves the right to discontinue or supercede applications and/or part numbers when deemed necessary. TOP GUN reserves the right not to make any modifications to products previously manufactured. TGI Corporation assumes no responsibility for typographical errors or misprints within its catalogs, brochures, application guides, price sheets or advertisements.
