Precisely designed welding fixtures, a high throughput assembly line and experienced welders ensure consistent welds and proper part alignment for easy installation.	Tired of factories that slap on some brown paper and hope for a miracle? Top Gun packaging is designed with the same care as our products!
Punch plate screens for Grille Guards and Front Bumpers are produced on our automated punch line ensuring rapid and repeatable cuts.	Advanced CNC Laser Tube Cutting Systems autoload, laser cut, cope, and drill slots and holes in pipe for wings and pipe bumper parts.
All flat metal parts are precision cut to strict tolerances on our laser cutters. Equipped with autoload systems for “lights out” operation.	TGI's conveyorized, high volume, five-stage wash, powder coat line guarantees a clean, smooth, repeatable and rugged finish on each Top Gun part.
CNC Tube Formers bend tubes to precise angles and exact tolerances ensuring a perfect fit, and support complex tube bends with one set-up.	Our Hypotherm sheet metal plasma cutting system makes fast, repeatable cuts of thick metal plates (up to 1" mild steel).
